CDP support

• v109 released on January 10, thanks to titusfortner for the update!
• v110 release expected on February 1.
  • Do we do 4.8.1 or jump to 4.9.0?
  • Might use the chance to update Selenium Manager in the release.

  • Decision was to move forward with this, we need to figure out what we want to show. Details will follow in the issue.
• Allow changing http client config on local drivers (Java)
  • Decision was to have a new constructor to accept a ClientConfig to set those values. Details are in the issue.
• Java 11 as the minimum supported version for Selenium Java bindings (Java)
  • Survey with a couple of options to get a date.
  • Communicate to cloud vendors because they might be affected because of Grid.

CI Health

• Thanks to p0deje, CI was overhauled https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/pull/11544

Goal: feature complete by Feb 1; then examples, docs & blog before Feb 7

• Fully functional Selenium Manager with auto driver & browser downloads
